You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure that our visual content aligns perfectly with our marketing strategy and captivates our target audience.

What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): Star Merge
• At what stage of the project(s)? Soft-launch
• Genres: Adventure, Puzzle, Casual
• Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Establish clear pipelines for 3D Marketing Creative production and work on their optimization.

• Research market trends and best practices, and monitor competitor activities to keep our assets fresh and competitive.

• Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

• Work closely with the Сreative Director's feedback and help 3D team implement it into their work

• Provide the 3D team with technical feedback on their assets and animation.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a 3D Artist with a strong portfolio containing casual artworks.

• Experience managing a team of artists.

• Knowledge of 3D software such as Maya, Blender, and ZBrush.

• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, animation principles, and stages of the 3D production process

• Strong understanding of Mobile F2P games market trends and Marketing Creatives production pipelines

• Experience in developing and maintaining a consistent visual style within a set of creatives.

• Ability to create interesting and non-standard concepts.

• Proactive work approach with the ability to offer new solutions.

• Fluency in English.
