For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Dive deep into product metrics, uncovering valuable insights that drive product improvement.

• Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities within the product through thorough analysis.

• Formulate and test hypotheses based on data analysis, providing data-driven recommendations.

• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests, from hypothesis generation to result evaluation.

• Craft clear and insightful reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.

• Collaborate actively with the development team to understand product intricacies and upcoming changes.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in game analytics.

• Proficiency in SQL at an advanced level (we use Snowflake and Bigquery).

• Strong knowledge of probability theory and applied statistics.

• Understanding of key product and marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, LTV, ARPU, etc.).

• Experience in conducting A/B tests to optimize product performance.

• Familiarity with attribution systems (such as Appsflyer or Adjust).

• Proficiency in BI tools (we use Tableau) to visualize and present data effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to discuss complex issues and present work results to the team.
