Ad Monetization manager

We, PSV Game Studio, have been developing and publishing mobile games since 2014. Our company is one of the leaders in the global market in the segment of mobile games for preschool and early school-aged children. We are ranked among the Top 50 mobile game developers worldwide.
We are developing a full-scale ecosystem in the mobile gaming industry. We create and publish successful mobile games and operate our own mediation platform, already integrated across dozens of apps.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Ad Monetization Manager to oversee the advertising strategy of our games and apps and help scale our in-house mediation technology.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Optimize ad monetization strategy across all mobile games and applications.

• Work with various ad formats: Rewarded Video, Interstitial, Banner, App Open Ads, and others.

• Manage ad placements through our proprietary mediation platform, as well as external solutions (ironSource, AppLovin MAX, AdMob, etc.).

• Collaborate with product and development teams to implement new monetization features.

• Run A/B tests and analyze user behavior and revenue performance using key KPIs (eCPM, Fill Rate, ARPDAU, Revenue per Impression, etc.).

• Negotiate with advertising partners and expand the network of integrated demand sources.

• Contribute ideas for improving and developing our internal mediation and monetization tools.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2+ year of experience in ad monetization or ad tech within the mobile apps/gaming industry.

• Strong understanding of ad mediation platforms, ad networks, and mobile ad formats.

• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel/Google Sheets and/or BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills and experience working with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

• English level: B1 or higher (emails, calls).

• Bonus: Experience working with proprietary mediation platforms or ad server technologies.
