Project Manager for Gamedev (Latin America)

We are looking for Project manager for full cycle projects that has experience fully developing new IP from scratch as well as co-development projects. At Devoted, a Producer is ultimately responsible for meeting project commitments and clients’ needs.

The main duties include coordinating and organising a production flow, roadmap planning, releases and roll-outs, managing production tasks of Art, Design and Engineering teams. Presenting on projects’ progress and results.

This is a remote, full-time contracted position

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed

Developing schedules and methods for measuring results

Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project

Created bids, art/dev decks and proposals for the clients

Maintain Project P&L

Filling in and maintaining accuracy project start and project management related documentation, production: Risk Mitigation Plan, Development Plan, RACI Matrix

Informing all the participants / reminding about the milestones, key due dates, etc

Collaborating with Business Developers on new proposals

Managing RFP process with potential vendors from initial request to final estimate and price negotiation

Maintaining good relationship with vendors, communicating bidding process results

Supporting and leading vendors throughout production to achieve highest project efficiency and smooth production

Organising and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion

Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities

Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products

Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

English Level: Advanced

Experience in Project Management: 4/5 + years IT / Gamedev

Thorough knowledge and experience in project management, methodologies and tools

Attentiveness to details and documents creation is a must

Ability to design and document agile production processes

Ability to understand and negotiate critical art/dev requests versus displacement of scheduled work

Experience with JIRA, Perforce, SVN and other Project Management Tools

Excellent written and communication skills; ability to present to large audiences including, but not limited to, the senior executive staff

Strong self-organization skills
