Senior Core Game Designer

Join the team behind the UFL football simulator. You will design and refine gameplay mechanics from concept to launch and Live Ops, ensuring a high-quality experience for players.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Design and develop game mechanics and features, create and maintain clear documentation.

• Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Work closely with Business, Design, Development, and QA.

• Implement, iterate, and fine-tune mechanics using Blueprints.

• Improve your mechanics based on live data and player feedback.

• Mentor and support designers, provide guidance and feedback.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience designing action, arcade, simulation, or MMO games for console or PC.

• Strong background in core gameplay systems design (include an example of a mechanic you created or improved).

• Ability to manage dependencies and risks in design and planning.

• Analytical and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Unreal Engine and Blueprints.

What is important for us in a person?

• Passion for football or other team sports.

• Experience with animation, character systems, and game physics.

• Broad gaming experience across multiple genres.

• Hands-on prototyping experience.

• Experience working on live-service games.
