For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Lead and develop the team of trainers, including task planning, motivation, training, and professional development.

  • Plan and coordinate training projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

  • Work closely with support line managers and key stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives.

  • Conduct training needs analysis within the business unit (hard skills).

  • Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve them.

  • Foster a culture of continuous and motivate employees to engage in self-development and professional growth.

  • Identify and implement new approaches and technologies in and development.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • A higher education degree (any field of study is acceptable).

  • Proven experience as a team lead/ PM preferably in contact centers, call centers, customer support, or sales.

  • Experience managing multicultural teams across various locations and time zones.

  • Strong communication and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in English at a B2 (upper-intermediate) level or above.

  • Experience in organizing team workflows, performance tracking, and ensuring efficient collaboration.

  • Ability to create and maintain reporting systems, including data analysis for team performance and operational improvements.

  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring KPIs and driving strategic decisions.
