Architect entire features, innovate, and promote best practices in development.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
Develop new games and support ongoing projects.
Take ownership and accountability for all aspects of specific areas of the game or codebase.
Break down product or technical features and provide accurate estimations.
Understand and communicate the long-term directions for both project and framework-level code.
Share knowledge within the team to foster growth and development.
Monitor and maintain the stability of live projects.
Utilize C# and Unity as the primary technologies in daily work.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
2+ years of experience with Unity.
Proven record of published mobile casual/hyper-casual games.
Ability to work under tight deadlines to deliver game prototypes.
Previous experience working in product companies and making product decisions.
Proficiency in providing performance and stability improvements.
Experience in Ads, Purchase, and Analytics integration for new products.
Hands-on experience in building game architecture and applying best practices.
Self-managed and proactive, able to identify problems and tackle extensive features with minimal guidance.
Exceptional problem-solving, performance analysis, and debugging skills.
Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
Experience with Atlassian services (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
