Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game development, is looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager for our client, a well-known publisher with many top hyper casual and hybrid casual games on the market.
The new User Acquisition Manager will be responsible for UA strategy and its execution within the project.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Setting up and launching advertising campaigns for game promotion;
Optimizing ad campaigns to achieve KPIs and scaling them;
Analyzing advertising campaigns and the acquired users;
Developing hypotheses, testing them, and analyzing the results;
Participating in the development of the product promotion strategy.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
3+ years of experience in user acquisition;
Experience in promoting games through various traffic sources (Facebook, Google, Snapchat, Unity, Applovin, Mintegral and other networks);
Knowledge and understanding of mobile metrics calculations: CPA, ARPPU, LTV, ROMI, CVR, Retention, and others.
