Working Student*/ Intern* Influencer Management

We are a small team of passionate industry insiders with experience in user communication and community development. Our mission is to design the most engaging, interactive, and innovative partnership program for content creators - the Forgemasters!

As part of our influencer team, you can contribute to this dream by designing creative campaigns and providing collaboration ideas - to make our partners feel involved, appreciated, and motivated. We will show you as Working Student* Influencer Management how to do it, guide you through the entire process, and help you bring your concepts to life!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• You create a collaboration concept, a completely new campaign for content creators

• You find a group of partners you want to work with, and pitch the idea to the team

• You provide briefings, instructions, and resources necessary for the campaign

• You evaluate their performance and support your partners along the way

• You distribute adequate incentives and rewards for their efforts

• You gather and provide feedback to improve the tools, infrastructure and processes - to design even better activations in the future

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• You played enough games to understand why some are better than others

• You feel a connection with the gaming community and consider yourself part of it

• You watch content on Twitch and YouTube regularly and recognize the potential and importance of both platforms
